"At quite short notice Adrian and Lorraine were able to accomodate me for an additional evening whilst I stayed in the area to attend a school reunion. This was fanastic for me as it was in close proximity to the venue and also provided me with somewhere to meet for further gatherings with friends who wanted to meet up privately prior to the event so not only did we utilise the bar but two friends were even able to join me at breakfast which was lovely.
I loved my double room, nothing was too much trouble and with the intention to redecorate throughout to their style and standard adding to what is already a lovely building, I look forward to returning in the future to enjoy those benefits too."

 "We stopped off at The Shrubbery for a bite to eat and were highly impressed by the fresh contemporary surroundings and tasty food we were served. The prawn panini was fantastic! The staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back again next time we are in the area. "

"We stayed for 3 nights at this recently refurbished hotel! We had a very pleasant break! The breakfast was excellent and we ate in both the bar and the restaurant on the 3 nights we were there. The food in both was excellent and the bar was a nice place to be too! The new proprieters deserve to suceed! Well place for events at the showground and for visiting other local tourist places.    "
